小葉距花鼓的設計概念是基於做出最小葉距(30mm)花鼓以符合摺疊自行車摺疊後兩輪最小寬度需求. 另外在葉面上加大洞及邊緣切割圓弧以解決穿鋼絲的問題. 其他的優點是簡化組立輪組及碟盤組立, 以及降低人工成本. 且已通過EN14766輪組檢驗的標準。

The main concept was to shorten the distance of 2 flanges on the hub to reach the narrowest width (30mm) between 2 wheels after the bike was folded. Also add the big holes on the flanges & arch cuts along the edges to solve the difficulty of spokes assembly. The other advantages are to simplify the assembly of wheel set with disc, & reduce the cost of labors. It’s been passed the EN14766 wheel testing standard. |
