此產品以內壓力工法成型，以高壓力使碳纖與樹脂產生最大之應力結構。去除傳統工法以發泡成型填充之重量重、壓力不足之缺點。 此碟刀輪具有重量輕、剛性強、風阻小、慣性佳之特點，從起步到衝刺一氣呵成。尤其在高速巡航時不因重量輕而損失其慣性功能，選手可以在最短的距離中達到速度的極限。爭取最佳之成績.

“This disc wheel is made of bladder molding system. Unlike the conventional ways of making the disc wheels by either using foam core or nomex honeycomb structures, this process enables the maximum inner molding pressure to compact the carbon lamination and therefore provide more rigidity to this wheel. Hence, it also makes this disc wheel is lighter by at least 200 to 400 grams to the conventional disc wheel.
Moreover, since the expensive foam core or honeycomb structure is not being used, it is less expensive ( air is free) and much more easy to produce.”
