strida 5的設計概念除了是基於做出一部儘可能簡單的車子外- 用3隻管子,取代掉傳統車子11必備的料件(如前叉,立管,前叉碗等),同時還兼具做出一部易於折疊的車子--輪子可以併攏推行, 避免人力的搬運,同時strida 5, 發展出較輕量的鋁輪(因應較高的剛性及高壓胎),碟剎(較輕, 而且有較強的剎車),後置飛輪- 可使用傳統的曲桿,焊接五通(剛性較強). |

The main concept was to make a bike as simple as possible - just 3 tubes instead of 11 used on a traditional bike & also to fold very simply, -- into something that could be wheeled along, to avoid carrying. On Strida 5 ie: lightweight spoked wheels (for stiffness and high pressure tyres), disc brakes (lighter and more powerful ), rear freewheel - to use conventional cranks. Welded BB (to be stiffer). |
